Meeting today's challenges and tomorrow's opportunities is not easy in today's busi-ness climate, particularly
for nonprofit
(501[c][3]) charitable organizations like
the AOS. Although governed by astute
and discerning business managers, the
AOS -- like most nonprofits -- still relies
on its friends and supporters to close the gap between the Society's income and expenses. As we strive to meet our com-mitments to our members and the greater orchid community, our need for philan-thropic support also grows. It's said that
